MARKERLITE DELIVERY POLICY

 

Your order is important to us and we will aim to deliver your product as soon as possible.

We offer free delivery to the greater Brisbane area. If unsure whether your location includes free delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@markerlite.com.au

Delivery is to the ground floor, for delivery to a higher floor please contact our Customer Service team on +61 7 3718 1100

For delivery to areas outside greater Brisbane, your order may be collected from our warehouse at Darra with prior arrangement.

Where pick up has been arranged, you must ensure you have a vehicle large enough to transport the Markerlite. Damage that occurs once the Markerlite has left our warehouse is not covered under warranty. Markerlite cannot be transported on roof racks or on the back of utes. The vehicle must be large enough to fit the Markerlite lying flat inside the vehicle.

EGR Décor reserves the right to cancel any order that does not met our delivery requirements.

We DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes.

We DO NOT deliver to locations that require a ferry service.

 

We offer 2 delivery options at the checkout 1). Authority To Leave and/or 2). Signature Required. If you choose Signature Required you MUST be present on arrival. If you are not present and your item is returned to the depot, you will have to arrange redelivery with EGR at your own expense.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

In general, items in stock will be delivered within 3 – 5 business days from placement of order. For other items, a lead time applies. You will be updated with a delivery time frame once your order is placed. Estimated lead time is 7 – 10 business days for non stock items from placement of order.

** Above dates are standard lead times, but can increase based on high demand periods.

POSSIBLE DELAYS TO YOUR ORDER

In some instances, possible delays may occur of up to 10 days working days. We apologise for any delays and appreciate your patience.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not deliver to international addresses.

If you live outside Australia and wish to purchase any of our products, please email our customer service team via info@markerlite.com.au and they will be in contact to discuss how we can meet your purchasing requirements.

DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery cost within greater Brisbane is FREE.
